The Problem

Kings Gate Village had a previous provider install a managed WiFi system, but it wasn’t working as managed WiFi should. Their office was continually filled with complaining residents. The way the system was configured by the previous ISP provider was that each resident could only connect to their one individual access point with a pre-set WiFi key. On top of it, they didn’t have enough access points throughout the community. The residents couldn’t connect anywhere else on the property to WiFi. The tech support for the WISP they were using didn’t provide adequate support with long waiting time on the trouble tickets.

Our Solution

ETHX add more access points, updated some of the RF spectrum, and upgraded some of the equipment for the infrastructure.  Our tech support team took over and shorten the response time on the trouble tickets and resolving them at a much faster rate.
